As a Jr. Software Engineer, your responsibilities include project development and management, software development, training, proposal writing, research and development designs and multiple levels of documentation to support the engineering division.

Job Description:
1. Management:
Create project-planning documents that assign resources to tasks to meet company deliverables. Manage resources within the engineering division to meet planned timelines. Prepare documents for top-level use within and external to EBS management. Conduct training in software design, language programming and formal documentation. Conduct Performance Appraisals on subordinates. Support proposal development through design, writing and analyzing Requests for Proposals or Unsolicited Proposals.
2. Software Development:
Design and develop production level software applications to support client requirements and internal corporate needs. Design, assess, analyze and implement architectural solutions that support the production or research goals. Mentor or instruct software techniques to subordinate employees.

Education:
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and 5-10 years relevant work experience or MS Degree in Computer Science with 5 years relevant experience.

Experience:
   • Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Linux, Oracle Database, SQL Server.

Required Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities is critical. Must maintain the ability to work under pressure and meet inflexible deadlines.
